David isn’t a career politician. He’s a businessman from outside this failed system. In the midst of the national economic meltdown of 2008, David launched his own business, Conatus Capital, a firm he started from a single desk. David grew Conatus into a multi-billion-dollar global investment firm headquartered right here in Connecticut.
David’s success comes from seeing opportunities where others could not, making tough decisions, and building great teams. That is what Connecticut needs now.
Taxes are going up, jobs are leaving the state, and people can’t afford to live here anymore. The politicians in Hartford know how to spend money — David knows how to make it.
A graduate of Yale College, with business and law degrees from Harvard University, David and his wife live in Fairfield County with their five children.
